- Handling inbound communication, via multi-channels
- Providing guidance and support to customers in relation to their service
- Trouble shooting customers problems
- Handling customer complaints
- Place orders for replacement routers or other equipment, fulfil the orders and post them to customers
- Respond to Engineer requests for Provisioning and troubleshoot/escalate any errors
- Send SMS maintenance alerts
- Supporting with any general account queries
- Experience within customer service telephony based roles
- Have a strong customer focus
- Strong listening skills with the ability to be empathetic
- Excellent communications, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
