    Description

    As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be handling inbound communication via multi-channels from a UK customer base, providing a first class service to customers in relation to their service or account.

    Client Details

    Our client is a well-established telecommunications provider to a wide UK customer base and they are now looking to expand their team with a Temporary Customer Service Advisor in their Hale office.

    Description

    As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor, you will be;

    • Handling inbound communication, via multi-channels
    • Providing guidance and support to customers in relation to their service
    • Trouble shooting customers problems
    • Handling customer complaints
    • Place orders for replacement routers or other equipment, fulfil the orders and post them to customers
    • Respond to Engineer requests for Provisioning and troubleshoot/escalate any errors
    • Send SMS maintenance alerts
    • Supporting with any general account queries

    Profile

    To be successful in this role;

    • Experience within customer service telephony based roles
    • Have a strong customer focus
    • Strong listening skills with the ability to be empathetic
    • Excellent communications, both verbal and written
    • Strong organisational skills
    • Good time management
