• 5 or more years' experience in an action-oriented marketing agency environment
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about B2B marketing in general and technology marketing in particular
• Highly strategic approach, able to confidently identify communication opportunities and plan creative content solutions to clients' briefs
• Strong writing skills across a broad range of media, from VR, AR and video to social, blogs and white papers
• A varied portfolio demonstrating strong creative story-telling skills, with simple, compelling ideas in response to complex client briefs
• Knowledgeable about cloud computing, and able to communicate the benefits of complex technologies in simple business terms

• Comfortable working in a collaborative lean agency environment
• Excited by the possibilities of new media and communication technologies
• Happy to research topics independently to develop creative strategy and robust content proposals
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, with strong initiative and able to work productively from home
• Confident and fluent presentation skills
• Hands on, and eager to lead by example

• Able to win the confidence of clients to become a trusted consultant
• Able to win repeat business from clients through quality of work and friendly professionalism
• Builds more junior writers' and other team members' skills through on the job coaching and more formal training
