Lead Producer to join a full-service creative events agency in Leatherhead.

Job purpose-

• Ensure deliverables reflect accurately the strategic intent as positioned to and agreed with the client for all projects
• Design the experience across all production deliverables
• Able to design the environment to meet with the creative idea, engagement and communications platform, requiring a good understanding, knowledge and experience of technical and production
• Capture the imagination of the target audience
• Create relevant content where required
• Ensure the supporting production and technical teams deliver a seamless engagement/show/event on time
• Management of client relationships
• Budget and timeline management for production and related content deliverables across the project

Key Responsibilities-

Client management-

• Clear understanding of client brand, business strategy and specific project KPIs
• Client presentations
• Obtain effective briefs for new business opportunities
• Analysis in writing pitch and presentation documents
• Lead content creation discussions with clients

Producer responsibilities-

• Provide creative development of all proposal and pitch content
• Work with client account teams
• Design, develop and execute engagement campaigns, event agenda planning and session design
• Design the attendee experience through all touchpoints of the project
• Manage content creation projects, including presentations and video formats
• Update and advise clients via status reports, timelines and regular communication
• Main client contact for all content
• Live show production, including all briefing and onsite documents, management of live show teams
• Keep up to date with current industry trends
