- Manage the daily activities of London HR
- Performance management & guidance
- Oversee staffing recruitment activities, including establishing recruitment procedures and vendor relationships, reviewing and monitoring staffing requirements and facilitate new hire orientation
- Partners with the Head of HR, Attorneys and support staff in London to develop and evaluate training programs for professional staff
- Develop and administer professional staff performance management
- Oversee annual performance appraisal process
- Support the compensation process in collaboration with the Head of HR
- Develop programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment activities
- Previous HR Management experience, preferably in a Law Firm or professional services environment
- CIPD Level 5 certification and / or advanced Degree
- Knowledge of software programs (e.g., Workday, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
