As part of the growth strategy for CT Catalyst business, there are several commercial excellence projects that have been identified to be key for the success of the business, to ensure efficiency, allow for standardization, simplification and to ensure we are focused and organized for growth.

The transformation projects are a follow-up from the Value Creation project which is a key part of the CT Mission and Transformation.

Your responsibilities:
Coordinate project management across all commercial excellence projects for the CT's Catalyst business.
Regularly review the project schedule and progress against stated targets, with Project & Workstream Leads
Respectfully hold all CT commercial Project & Work Stream Managers to account to meet the project goals that they are responsible for

Contribute to the creation of communications and/or change management, to retain engagement of key stakeholders throughout the lifetime of the project.

Highlight opportunities for any additional/new commercial excellence initiatives that occur while performing the role.
Own and support the creation of all commercial procedure for the improvement of the business with support from other functions

Requirements for the role:
Degree most likely in a scientific or technical discipline and deep understanding of the CT Commercial Businesses
Previous experience of working globally and remotely and five years of experience in project management
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - able to work across functions, geographies, and cultures
Experience in best practice identification and implementation
Stakeholder management
