- Managing the external expenses system
- Preparing accounts for VAT Returns and Companies House submissions
- Creating and processing invoices, and managing accounts receivable
- Managing supplier invoice payments and AP process
- Supporting the Finance team with adhoc projects
- Assisting the Group Financial Director with administrative duties
- You will need to have prior experience in a finance role, preferably within a startup environment
- You must be proficient in Quickbooks
- You should have advanced knowledge of Excel
- You will need to be familiar with CRM systems
- Is it essential to have exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Any qualifications, such as CIMA, ACCA or degree level education in accountancy or similar would be highly advantageous
