    The Role: Group Finance Manager

    As their Group Finance Manager, you will work in an autonomous environment where you will be responsible for:

    • Using Quickbooks to manage day-to-day accounts and ensuring accuracy and compliance
    • Implementing efficient bookkeeping practices and maintaining meticulous records
    • Managing the external expenses system
    • Preparing accounts for VAT Returns and Companies House submissions
    • Creating and processing invoices, and managing accounts receivable
    • Managing supplier invoice payments and AP process
    • Supporting the Finance team with adhoc projects
    • Assisting the Group Financial Director with administrative duties

    To Be Successful:

    • You will need to have prior experience in a finance role, preferably within a startup environment
    • You must be proficient in Quickbooks
    • You should have advanced knowledge of Excel
    • You will need to be familiar with CRM systems
    • Is it essential to have exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
    • Any qualifications, such as CIMA, ACCA or degree level education in accountancy or similar would be highly advantageous

    Location: Fully remote from anywhere in the UK.
