Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of steel fabrication techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to accurately estimate costs for projects of varying complexity.
Responsibilities:

Analyse project requirements and specifications to understand scope and deliverables.

Material and Labour Estimation:
Calculate material, labour, and other costs associated with steel fabrication projects.
3.
Bid Preparation:
Prepare accurate and competitive bids and proposals for potential projects.
4.
Vendor and Supplier Negotiation:
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
5.
Cost Tracking:
Monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
6.
Risk Assessment:
Identify potential risks and uncertainties in project estimates and propose mitigation strategies.
