    Role Summary - They're growing and to stay ahead they need a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our UK & Ireland Region as an EV Project Development Manager (Pre-Construction).

    In this role, you will be responsible for the pre-construction development of EV charging infrastructure projects, managing the supply chain partners to deliver new sites smoothly and efficiently.


    Your responsibilities will include:


    Develop and manage the end-to-end project plan for EV charging infrastructure projects, overseeing the project while continuously keeping internal and external stakeholders up to date.

    Collaborate with the Sales team to support the timely conversion of pipeline opportunities.
    Manage the client relationship to ensure alignment of designs and scheduling of works.
    Manage 3rd party suppliers to provide quotations and timely delivery schedules for new EV projects.

    Facilitate Site Surveys, scheduling both internal and external teams to undertake all relevant site surveys, and feed into the site design process.

    Develop Site Designs & Plans, managing suppliers to ensure all designs and plans are developed and aligned to business requirements and best practices.

    Submit site designs to the Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and liaise on final designs accordingly.
    Manage Planning Applications through our planning partners, resolving any issues and ensuring timely resolution.

    Provide Project Reporting & Governance, to ensure control of project timelines and costs, reporting to the business on risks to plan.

    Managing hardware logistics, ensuring equipment is delivered timely aligned to the programme of works.
    Recommend and implement continuous process improvements and best practices within the operational and project management processes.

    Requirements -With a proven track record in project management, you are the one to successfully manage and deliver our pre-construction phase of projects within budget and timeline.

    You've ideally earned professional certifications in project management such as Prince II or Agile and you are proficient in both project management software and tools.

    Education and Professional Qualifications:
    Degree or extensive experience in Renewable Energy, Power Infrastructure, Project Management, or Business ManagementPrince2 qualification would be an advantage.
