Night NurseKincairney House Care Home is looking to recruit a Night Nurse on a permanent basis with contracts for 33 hours.
Our contemporary and cutting-edge care home is based in Perth.Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and End of Life Care for up to 80 residents.

To provide leadership and support for care staff and act as a champion for residents safety and dignity.
To liaise with GPs and other health professionals to ensure that residents receive the medical and clinical support they require.
To support all care staff in the completion of induction programs, training and competency assessment.Take accountability for the safe and proper management, administration, and documentation of medications, including controlled drugs and oxygen, adhering to NMC requirements and Company Policies and Procedures.
To act within your own skills and competence in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct.Ensure the ongoing safety of residents, staff and visitors through systematic assessment, monitoring and reviewing processes.
To ensure that areas of identified risk are appropriately monitored, and outcomes recorded and acted upon e.g. fluid and nutrition charts, turning regimes, blood glucose monitoring.
To provide information to residents and relatives in relation to care delivery, being mindful of data protection and Caldicott requirements.
To intervene immediately in situations where there is significant risk to residents.To maintain residents confidentiality being mindful of Caldicott Requirements and following the Nursing and Midwifery Council Code of Conduct.
You are a RN or RMN, with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
You have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
You have experience and passion in training and guiding less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
You work well within the team, leading, motivating and supporting co-workers, acting as a role model in delivering care upon best practice.
