    We are looking for a Rehabilitation/Personal Care Assistantto support our client in the Bramcote, Nottingham are offering either full or part-timepositions in what is a very rewarding role within a dynamic and caring supportteam.

    We will be your legal employer on behalf of our client andyou will not be asked to support other of our contracts are for permanent positions with a 6 monthprobationary period.

    Our client is a young man with a brain injury and has complexcare and rehabilitation needs which requires support in his own family home andin the community to enable him to lead an active and fulfilling life.

    The role will involve supporting with personal care,companionship and helping our client to engage with a comprehensive range ofmulti-disciplinary therapies.Central tothe role is supporting his engagement with a range of sporting and socialactivities, developing social networks and supporting with activities of dailyliving.

    This role requires you to use your own initiative, to haveexcellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication should have a compassionate, caringandpositive 'can-do' attitude and beable to demonstrate that your core values align with our clients which includehaving a willingness to learn, living life to the full and to demonstratehonesty and integrity.

    The role will involve physical demands related to manualhandling and supporting access, to a range of fun and dynamicsports/activities, whilst also supporting therapy as see the 'essentialrequirements' below before applying to ensure you meet the criteria for this full duties of this role willbe discussed at the interview stage.

    It is desirable that you understand theregulations/legislations around Health and Social Care and Safeguarding,however you will receive isalso desired that you will have previously worked with therapists and withpeople who have cognitive difficulties, physical and communication are preferred.
