We are looking for a Senior Administration Assistant to work in our London City Office.
You'll be:
- Completing all administration tasks in an efficient and timely manner as requested by the team to enable the business to function.
- Using Worley systems including HybridHero (hotdesking), Timesheets, Concur (travel booking tool), etc to manage the tasks.
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to our Service Line Leaders, including support with calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing logistics for events and conferences.
- Working with the Facilities Management team, provide support with all aspects of the office management oversee facilities management activities, including managing office space, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ordering supplies; collaborate with relevant departments to address facilitiesrelated issues.
- Acting as receptionist and support client visitors whilst in the building.
- Assisting with booking and planning travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, as well as managing travel itineraries. Ensure travel plans are communicated and changes are dealt with as they arise.
You'll Have:
- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar seniorlevel administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
- Accuracy and personal pride in a job well done with attention to quality work
