Enterprise IT Project Manager
6 month contract
£450 per day outside IR35
Hybrid work with minimum 2 days per week in Cambridge, UK
We are excited about a valuable opportunity for a Project Manager with over five years of experience to join a Commercial Portfolio team in Cambridge, spending two days per week in the office. Your role will involve managing various projects involving both IT and business stakeholders, requiring a good understanding of the IT development lifecycle.
We are seeking a dedicated delivery partner and 'people person' with a positive attitude, passionate and highly motivated to achieve excellent results – collaborating within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
You will serve as an Uuna consultant, being proactive in suggesting and implementing solutions to challenges.
Your meticulous attention to detail, rigorous planning, risk management, and recognition of the importance of testing to uphold project progress are crucial, along with effectively engaging customers for successful delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the project lifecycle comprehensively, from initiation to implementation, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Facilitate project delivery by engaging daily with IT teams and business clients
- Lead vendor teams and provide high-standard matrix management
- Regularly communicate project status and manage risks effectively
- Demonstrate situational leadership by taking charge of issues
- Handle multiple projects of different sizes and stages concurrently
Required Skills and Experience:
Experienced in multifunctional Project Delivery
Flexible approach and adaptability to meet Business and Project requirements
Proficient in essential project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects
Expertise in managing dependencies across diverse global teams
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with teams from various disciplines
'Nice to have' skills and experience:
Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies
Understanding of commercial systems such as Salesforce and SAP
