    About the opportunity

    The Ellucian Partner Operations Team is seeking an intern to join us for a 6 month placement. The intern will report to the Partner Enablement Programme Manager under the leadership of the Director, Partner Operations and will be instrumental in supporting key strategy projects and initiatives that help drive growth for Ellucian and shape the company's long-term strategy. The role is designed to support and enhance partner onboarding and training by process refinement, material development, and data analysis. specific segments of higher education. The role will be highly cross-functional and require strong communication skills.

    Where you will make an impact

  • Assist in the organisation and delivery of training content, ensuring that all materials are engaging, relevant, and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting our Partner Enablement Programme Manager in scheduling meetings, managing trainers and trainees' agendas.
  • Analyse performance data related to partners enablement to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities, deriving actionable insights that can lead to improved outcomes.
  • Support the development of comprehensive partnership materials, including reports and dashboards, to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
