    As a Systems Verification Technical Lead in our Systems and Software team, you will be a senior member of the Systems Verification Engineering team responsible for testing and troubleshooting a new Electrical Power Distribution system within our state of the art Electrical Power Integration Centre (EPIC).

    The role requires a deep understanding of aerospace regulations, communication protocols, electrical engineering principles, and project management methodologies.

    Provide technical leadership to a team of verification engineers in the testing and verification of aerospace systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

    Demonstrate proficiency in high-voltage environments, applying electrical engineering principles to ensure the safety and reliability of systems.

    Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team, promoting the adoption of agile and scrum methodologies for project execution.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, hardware engineers, and project managers, to drive successful project outcomes.
    Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
    Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Experience in aerospace systems verification, with a proven track record of leading teams through complex projects.
    Knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies, with experience leading teams in agile environments.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing project requirements.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
