Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are looking to recruit a Lettings Valuer to join their team in East London.

To be considered for this position you must have previous Valuation experience.


The requirements for the role of a Lettings Valuer:

  • Experience in conducting valuations
  • A driven individual
  • A strong track record in the industry
  • Offer excellent customer service
  • Has the ability to close for business.

Key duties of a Lettings Valuer include, but will not be limited to:

  • Conducting Valuations
  • Providing market value
  • Selling the services of our clients
  • Closing for business
  • Gaining Instructions

Working days for a Lettings Valuer:

  • Full time

In return, our clients are offering the successful Lettings Valuer the following salary:

  • £22,000 Basic
  • Up to £35,000 OTE (Uncapped)
  • Company Car/Allowance
  • Private healthcare
  • Career Progression
