A fast-growing, Cambridge and London-based FinTech company is looking for an enthusiastic
Client Services Executive to join the team.

The position will be mixed working both remotely and in their Cambridge office.


As Client Services Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Directing complaints or complex queries to relevant departments in a timely manner
  • Providing technical assistance on products and services
  • Expediting serious issues to management toward prompt resolution
  • Building positive client relations by checking in regularly and following up on active processes
  • Maintaining records and documenting processes
  • Identifying potential concerns and facilitating proactive intervention steps
  • Obtaining postsales client feedback
  • Keeping track of new products on offer, as well as emerging trends in client services
  • Recommending product improvements based on feedback

We are looking for a Client Services Executive who has the following skills and experiences:

  • Previous experience in a Client Services / Client Support role
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Capacity to excel in a fastpaced environment
  • Personable and friendly manner
  • Great team player

Any experience in the following would also be useful, but not mandatory, for the role:

  • Financial or economic background or education
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems
  • An understanding of wealth management and financial advisory business
