Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a thriving company in the heart of Bournemouth.

This professional organisation that values and rewards their staff, and they are looking to add an additional Trainee Sales Executive to join them due togrowth.

No experience is required, just a keen interest in sales

The successful Trainee Sales Executive will be given a full training programme which you will complete at your own pace.

Once you are ready, you will be given warm leads to contact, build rapport with and sell to. If you'd like to get into sales, this isa perfect Trainee Sales Executive role

Salary & Benefits:

Starting salary of £21,000 per annum with the opportunity to increase to £25k within 6 months
Commission with the very realistic earning potential of £30,000.
Monday

Friday Hours: 9am - 6pm with 3.30pm Finish on Friday

Duties & Responsibilities:

Speak to new customers understanding what they are looking for and their interests
Upsell and crosssell product ranges
Negotiate and close sales
Overcome objections
Work towards very realistic targets
Resolve customer service queries
