So what's the role all about?
As a Repairs Advisor, you be an excellent first point of contact for our customers reporting repair related enquiries.

You will also be dealing with maintenance related enquiries through a range of channels ensuring the highest levels of customer service and a first line resolution is achieved.

This role offers blended office/home working, we would expect 2/3 days in the office, with the rest from home.

However there will be a requirement for you to attend the office for your training and more regularly within your probation whilst you get up to speed with the role.


This is a fixed term contract role running until 13th April 2024, however we do have another fixed term contract running until 30th June 2023, both roles may be considered as part of the recruitment process.


Some of the key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Receive, process and raise repairs requests from customers, staff, external stakeholders and other outside agencies by a variety of means.
  • Raise works to and liaise with Managing Agents is relation to New Build properties including dealing with customer queries in relation to defects.
  • Book appointments through the contractors work scheduling software.
  • Provide accurate information to customers, within agreed performance and quality frameworks.
  • Liaise with contractors, external agencies and internal partners to enable an accurate first time response to our customers.
  • Collect, record, maintain and report data intelligently using appropriate systems/methods in accordance with GDPR regulations.
  • Identify vulnerability or other extenuating circumstances in customers, update system and circulate to appropriate areas.

To be successful in this role, we'd be looking for the following

  • Knowledge of a customer driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of working within a team.
  • Communicates effectively and customer focused.
  • Ability to diagnose problems.
