Senior Architectural TechnicianThese sectors include commercial, industrial, residential, education, retail, healthcare, leisure, urban planning, heritage, conservation and ecclesiastical.
This opportunity would also include working alongside the wider team within the commercial and conservation sectors across all RIBA stages.
A minimum of 7+ years post qualification UK based experience with solid knowledge of current and up to date UK Building RegulationsRevit proficiency essential (AutoCAD and NBS Create desirable).
Collating, organising, investigating and producing technical information for use during the development of the project design.
Training and mentoring opportunities to achieve accreditations would be available.
Ability to lead new projects from concept to completion as part of a team.
Work collaboratively with the team and support more junior members of staff.
It is essential that all work examples/portfolios clearly demonstrate the above skills, most notably construction detailing and a clear understanding of UK building regulations.
Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
