Sharpsmart Finance team have an opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join the fast paced team based in Ashby De La Zouche.

Your role will involveCreating and upholding payment procedures and policies that ensure timely paymentResponding to client queriesKeeping customer retention levels highReconciling accountsProviding administrative support to finance teamKeeping close watch on debtor account balancesReducing debtors' 'Days Outstanding'Ensuring the team adhere to credit and collection proceduresBuilding relationships and rapport with customers to ensure timely payment and future salesPreparing written correspondence as and when necessary, regarding customer accountsControlling customer accounts to ensure they are working within credit limitsProviding advice and offer guidance to customers regarding their accounts and any debtor related queriesCandidate ProfileMinimum 2 years experience in Credit ControlExcellent communication skills for verbal and writtenExperience of interacting with customers via phone/email/videoHighly self-motivated, and able to work both independently or as part of a team, managing your own workload and prioritiesAble to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAble to use and adapt to new computer-based systems including Microsoft packages
