    We are looking for a competitive UK and EU Sales Representative who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

    The Sales Rep will act as the key link between our company and key stakeholders, and you will aim at meeting sales targets.

    As a UK & EU Sales Rep, your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company's products within the UK & EU market and maximize sales growth for OTC's, cosmetics, toiletries and home goods.

    Responsibilities

    • Assess client's needs and present suitable promoted products.
    • Quoting customers and ensuring that their enquiries and concerns are dealt with. This involves approaching wholesalers to obtain the most competitive prices.
    • Dealing with new orders and purchasing stock from the most relevant/competitive suppliers.
    • Ensuring stock is "booked" onto our new system.
    • Handling the logistical requirements for clients by liaising with freight forwarders as per their instructions.
    • Working to develop the business by sourcing new potential clients and suppliers.
    • Attend sales meetings, conference calls and training sessions.
    • Work with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
    • Build positive trust relationships with suppliers and customers to influence the targeted groups in the decision-making process.
    • Monitor and analyse data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage.
    • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
    • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with the latest market demands.
    Requirements and skills

    • Proven work experience as a pharmaceutical rep or in a similar field
    • Familiarity with databases, statistics, product lines and the latest market offerings
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
    • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
