    Our client is a leader in the specialist distribution industry, boasting a large workforce and an extensive logistics network.

    Manage the implementation of system and process changes across the logistics network.
    Ensure operational readiness and smooth handover to business as usual.
    Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
    Manage risks and issues, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
    Measure the success of implementations and report on outcomes.
    Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes.
    Support the wider logistics team as required.
    A successful Implementation Manager (Operations Readiness) should have:
    Proven experience in project management and implementation (Prince2 or similar).
    Prior experience of WMS implementation is an advantage (Manhattan is preferred)
    Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
    Flexibility to travel and stay away during the week (2/3 nights when required). This will include nationwide travel and delivery will be focused on one site at a time.
    A competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per year.
