Charles Taylor Adjusting focuses on commercial losses and claims across all major lines and geographies, many of which are large and complex in nature.

We handle onshore and offshore claims, across 4 main divisions; Property, Casualty, Technical & Special Risks, Marine, Aviation, Natural Resources and believe we are the only global loss adjuster to have achieved a true market leadership position across all these disciplines.


The Role:


We have an opportunity for someone with cash allocation experience and a track record of delivering accurate allocation in a timely manner, ideally with a background in the London insurance and reinsurance market, or a professional services organisation (Legal/accounting) to join our WCAP team as we grow our organisation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for cash allocation for Aviation and Marine.
  • Manage the sundry reduction for Aviation and Marine to ensure the team are fully informed of daily cash.
  • Action allocations in Sun & CMA.
  • Assist the Credit Control team in allocation issues.
  • Action refunds for duplicate payments.
  • Build effective internal and external professional relationships with clients i.e. adjusters internally and clients' contacts to improve accuracy.
  • Follow procedures to influence a positive outcome, and maintaining effective, professional relationships with our clients at all times.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records/status on our core systems.
  • Demonstrate compliance with CTA procedures and controls.
