This is a Loss Adjusting role suitable for an experienced Surveyor, Engineer or Loss Adjuster responsible for investigating, managing and reporting on caseload of Latent Defects claims for our Insurer clients.

This role will entail Adjusting Latent Defects insurance claims from cradle to grave.

The role requires ownership of a caseload of claims, which entails management of all aspects of claims, including liaising with clients/brokers/policyholders, policy liability investigations and quantum negotiations including management of contractors and suppliers.

An important aspect of the role is ensuring individual claim files are kept up to date on our claims system to maintain the accuracy of our client's Management Information.

Helping to identify and plan approaches to new Clients;
Hosting and attending social events;

An experienced Surveyor or Engineer who, ideally, has some experience within the insurance claims arena. Alternatively, a Loss Adjuster / Claims Professional with relevant experience.
Professional Insurance / Loss Adjusting / Surveying / Engineering qualifications are desirable, but not mandatory.
