Description
Neonatal care in England is organised into Operational Delivery Networks (ODNs). ODNs coordinate care across multiple pathways and geographies to ensure access to high quality specialist services.

London has the highest birth rate nationally and one of the most diverse and complex population groups in the U.K.

These challenges present an opportunity to support organisations, clinicians and parents by providing access to specialist resources and expertise, coordinating patient pathways and developing evidence-based guidance to standardise practice.

The ODN works closely with NHS England and Improvement and brings together specialist neonatal providers, healthcare professionals and neonatal service users and their families to operationalise national policy across complex pathways of care to improve patient care and experience, and help shape future services in the capital.

The London Neonatal Operational Delivery Network is hosted by the Evelina London Children's Hospital, part of the Guy's & St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Network to lead on a discreet piece of work relating to the specialist education for neonatal nurses across the Capital.

The role will be expected to liaise with key stakeholders external to the Trust in the development, delivery and sustainability of an accelerated QIS education programme, supporting the ODN's education agenda.
