- Accurately set & process tooling in accordance with the production schedule priorities
- Ensure that all jobs are completed on time and to the correct quality standards whilst meeting customer requirements
- Responsible for trouble-shooting
- Responding to red-lights
- Maximising machine utilisation & overall equipment effectiveness
- Offering flexibility to cover operator / packer duties when requested
- Support CI initiatives & 5S programs to drive change and process development across the shop floor
- Experience of working as an injection moulding setter is essential
- A 'team player' with the ability to work productively and easily with others
- Excellent communicator both at shop floor and management level
- Ability to work well and calmly under pressure

Description
We are currently seeking an injection moulding setter to join our production team, based at our Kidlington manufacturing site.
Responsibilities:
The team works on a continental 4-On 4-Off, 12 hour shift pattern, which rotates days and nights
