    Description

    Madisons Recruitment on behalf of our client a leading house builder in the UK, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in showcasing their exceptional properties and guiding potential purchasers through the home-buying process.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain the impeccable presentation of the site and sales complex to uphold our high standards.
    • Ensure all relevant information necessary to provide accurate details to purchasers is readily available and updated consistently.
    • Conduct guided tours of show homes, available plots, and the site to effectively showcase our product to potential purchasers.
    • Inform visitors and potential purchasers about the Health and Safety Policy, ensuring they are always accompanied by a company representative.
    • Keep meticulous records using the in-house CRM system.
    • Regularly communicate with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers to facilitate smooth transactions.
    • Coordinate home demonstrations with the Site Manager as per company policy.
    • Provide assistance to purchasers post-legal completion, addressing any defects or customer care issues promptly.
    • Attend and document weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
    • Collaborate proactively with Sales Managers and colleagues to generate innovative ideas for increasing sales.

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the property sector.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Effective negotiation and sales skills.
    • Good administration skills.
    • Strong communication and listening skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • IT literate with the ability to adapt to new systems.
    • Committed to diversity and inclusion.

    The Role and Working Conditions

    • Willingness to be flexible regarding day-to-day duties and working hours.
    • May involve lone working, depending on the site.
    • Ability to travel to all sales sites, including divisional offices.

    Benefits

    • £26,000 per annum with OTE: £50,000
