Description
We are recruiting for an outstanding Associate Partner to join one of London's leading integrated corporate campaigning agencies.

The role will support the agencies expanding portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors including technology, financial services, transport, FMCG, defence, property and infrastructure.


You'll need:

  • A consistent track record of delivering and overseeing client programmes to a standard that exceeds client expectations
  • Strong people management and client relationships skills, acting as the strategic lead on client teams
  • A large network of influential stakeholders (media and/or political) that can be used to support client programmes and new business efforts
  • A passion for creative campaigns and resultsdriven programmes
  • A good sense of what makes a strong story and how to land stories with target media
  • Confidence managing and delivering campaigns across multiple channels and audiences
  • The ability to seek out and drive new business initiatives, developing and following up on leads and supporting the conversion of opportunities
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams and delivering through others
  • A track record of successfully managing financial elements of client accounts, including managing servicing and profitability as well as growing client accounts
