Based in the heart of London, they are a close knit team with ambitious plans.


They cover a wide range of services from Internal comms, Employee Engagement, Branding and design, Press and Media, Campaigns & Content and Consumer PR.

The Role


We are on the lookout for a Social Media Manager with a background or understanding in PR, to join a growing team.

You will be energetic and experienced working across a number of client projects and leading on all things social.


You will own and manage social media channels & strategy for their clients which includes Influencer Marketing, Social Media management, Paid Social, PR and more.

You will be responsible for the growth and ROI of channels.

Responsibilities - Social Media Manager

  • Be the point of contact for all things social.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs, objectives and reflecting this into a proposal/strategy which is then showcased by the content creation process.
  • Responsible for best practice, brand guidelines and TOV
  • End to end campaign management, from ideation to execution
  • Responsible for content creation and managing the content calendars
  • Sharing updates regularly with stakeholders and clients
  • Present to stakeholders, take part in pitches, kick off meetings and reporting
Requirements - Social Media Manager

  • At least 4 years' experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong understanding of how to create compelling content
  • Good understanding of PR & Communications
  • Proven track record of developing content ideas that generate social media engagement, with the ability to bring these ideas to life either yourself, or with their inhouse studio
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram and social trends
  • Share insights on social content performance
  • Strong copywriting experience
