Description

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Senior Recruiter to drive forward our expansion across The Netherlands, based out of our London HQ.

While we already have an established team and client offering in Amsterdam, we are looking to develop this further byhiring an ambitious, new business-focused individual to promote the Majar brands on an international level.

You will do this by working with company Directors and Country Managers to develop effective business development strategies while maintaining consistentlevels of output to grow a key business area for the London office in 2023 and beyond.


As a Senior Recruiter you'll grow your own desk, building relationships with new clients and placing the best tech & digital professionals into businesses across The Netherlands whilst cross selling opportunities across the wider Majar group.


  • Identify business opportunities within target clients / sectors
  • Carry out business development activities to drive new business sales
  • Crossselling the other brands within Majar Group
  • Create a strong personal brand and knowledge within your sector

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a sales or recruitment role in any sector
  • Experience of business development and an enthusiasm for seeking out new client partnerships
  • Experience and evidence of working to activity and financial targets
  • Experience within the digital or tech space is ideal but not essential
