Blackline Safety is looking for a full-time Implementation Coordinator to welcome new clients to Blackline and support them through a successful deployment of our solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • You will be the primary point of contact for new Blackline customers and customers undergoing major account changes
  • You will work to understand Customers criteria for a successful deployment
  • You will create online account structures and provide training on Blackline solutions, allowing the customer to gain the most from their investment in Blackline products and services
  • You will set the stage for the longterm customer relationship with Blackline

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate and manage multiple deployment projects through completion in a timely manner.
  • Manage multiple deployment projects at a time with a broad variety of size and complexity.
  • Handson project management, including initiation, planning, and execution of projects and accountrelated activities, facilitating resolution of issues and roadblocks.
  • Design customer accounts to reflect the clients needs and for optimal use, growth and transparency. Hosting in person and webbased training sessions and meetings to end users and executive.
  • To become and remain knowledgeable of Blacklines offerings, products and best implementation practices able to provide expert advise to clients.
  • Ability to challenge, recommend and redirect teams as well as client expectations as necessary for successful program and project delivery.
  • Actively looks for ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Support field trials and the rollout of new products/features and assist other teams with customer communications when required.
  • Communicate key learnings, relevant client information and requests to the appropriate internal teams
  • Support internal Blackline teams when working with clients speaking your languages of fluency.

SPECIFIC TASKS

  • Assign new projects based on volume and workload to the CIC's
  • Manage the Implementation team inbox forwarding messages appropriately
  • Directing Survey responses to appropriate team member
  • Document Team Meeting Minutes
  • Consolidate Survey responses quarterly looking for trends
  • Support HubSpot/CRM Development Project
  • Report trends and KPI's to team management sharing insights

SKILLS AND PREREQUISITES:


  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
  • PMP certification is strongly preferred, proven experience in project management will be considered
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask up to 40 clients/projects and shift priorities in a dynamic working environment
  • Must be detailedoriented and accurate in all work activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Fluent in English and at least one other core European language (French preferred)
  • Arabic language skills are an asset.
