Overview of the CNC Miller
2fawcett are recruiting for a CNC Miller based in Sheffield. As part of this growth program, we are now looking for highly skilled, hardworking personnel as part of its own growth plan to join an ambitious team

Responsibilities:

The CNC Miller will ideally have the following attributes:

Experience:

Ajax Lathe (manual operation only)

Hankook Lathe (CNC

Fanuc controls)
Harrison Lathe (CNC/Manual)
Ability to carry out a complete setup's for new parts
Ability to develop jigs and fixtures to improve productivity.
Ability to select tooling.
Experience of developing tooling with current and new suppliers.
Ability to program writ on several CNC machines from customer drawings in Fanuc programming languages.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex product drawings including geometrical tolerances and symbols for machining.
Proven ability to work to tight, accurate tolerances.
