This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of business-critical projects and play a key role in one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement transformation programmes in Europe, working to replace several heritage systems globally.
On offer is the chance for development both within the project and other qualifications.Reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, this role is positioned within Group IT Business Analyst team, working together with colleagues you will collaborate with the business and wider teams to create robust, enduring solutions.
These responsibilities are varied and range from analysing existing processes and systems; designing, testing and implementing solutions; and providing training on these solutions to ensure smooth adoption of them.
This role would suit someone with an analytical mind with great relationship building and problem-solving skills. You will have a flexible approach to travel and a focus on delivery.Understanding of basic financial accountancy principles
Experience with accountancy or ERP system projects including aspects like invoicing
Has strong communication and relationship building skills
Possesses flexibility on travel
