    My client, a forward-thinking financial services organisation, are seeking a HR Generalist to join their dynamic team. As HR Generalist you will play a key role in providing expert advice and support across a range of HR functions.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a HR Generalist to be part of a collaborative team, contribute to strategic HR initiatives, and make a significant impact on the growth and development of the organisation.

    The ideal candidate will be an experienced, dynamic and strategic HR professional with previous experience within a fast-paced, Financial Services organisation and strong ER background. In return you will receive a salary up to £55,000 plus company benefits.

    Please be advised this role is 4 days per week in the office.

    Main Duties of HR Generalist

    • Acting as first point of contact for all employees in relations to HR queries.
    • Working closely with the HR Director supporting on all operational duties.
    • Implement and support performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
    • Lead on all Employee Relations matters end to end including grievances and disciplinaries.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process.
    • Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in HR strategies.
    • Help implement programs, policies, and services.
    • Review and update all HR Operation processes on an annual basis.

    Skills & Experience of HR Generalist

    • Proven experience as an HR Generalist within the financial services industry.
    • CIPD Qualified or bachelor's degree in human resources.
    • Strong Employee Relations experience and exposure.
    • Strong knowledge of employment law, regulations, and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
