My client is a growing construction company who have ambitious plans for growth. Their head office is based in the City of London.
Description
As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
- Enter supplier and subcontractor invoices
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
- Monitor and report aged creditors
- Reconciliation of various control accounts on monthly basis
- Liaise with project managers on queries and approvals
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts on regular basis
- Assistance in yearend audit
- Adhoc assignments as instructed by manager
Profile
To be considered for this Accounts Assistant role you must have the following:
- Experience in an accounting role within a construction company
- Working knowledge in accounts payable and bank reconciliations
- Sage experience desirable
Job Offer
- £30,000 - £35,000
