    Role Snapshot:

    • Manage email marketing strategy, optimizing newsletters, flows, and segmentation
    • Oversee paid digital channels like Meta and Google, ensuring full optimization
    • Enhance user experience and drive loyalty and retention strategies
    • Lead digital merchandising on Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms
    • Proactively test and manage website performance and development
    • Utilize analytics tools for reporting and community engagement insights
    • Drive SEO efforts and oversee website content updates
    • Collaborate with creative teams for campaign content integration
    • Ensure seamless integration of ecommerce platform with social media and newsletters

    A Good Fit:

    • Genuine passion for the brand and its mission
    • Extensive experience with Shopify and ecommerce (5+ years)
    • Proficient in Meta platform and SEO
    • Strong grasp of Google Analytics and email marketing management
    • Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and organized
    • Excellent communication skills
    • London-based with eligibility to work in the UK
