    You will have intensive phone/email contact and process both incoming and outgoing calls/emails for a specific sales region, answering queries, and motivating customers to place orders with FRS.

    Support relevant Hardware, Software, Services, Accessories, and shim quotations up to $15k in value.
    Own and coordinate inquiries inbox and opportunity allocation, follow up through Sales Force

    Drive Service business and related RFQ's keeping in regular contact with opportunity contacts to execute orders and ensure revenue targets are met including Calibration, Training + Warranty renewals/expansion.

    Complete Vendor Forms and Customer & Supplier account setup.

    Point of contact for the Order Management team for any queries or assistance, for example, item codes/pricing attributes, CRM assistance.

    Regional coordination of sales events, training, seminars, exhibitions, webinars & demos
    Logging/tracking software Licenses and shipped devices are accurately registered on the CRM System
    Assign leads to defined Distribution channels using the Salesforce partner portal.
    At least 4 years experience in inside sales/sales support roles or telesales
    Strong commercial attitude and performance
    Proficient in the use of MS Office.
    Experience in CRM systems (Sales Force) and Oracle.
