- Drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements, Nomination agreements, infrastructure agreements and wayleave agreements, management agreements, service level agreements.
- Acquisition of housing development sites for RPs & 100+ sites for RPs from private institutions.
- Strong experience from national, regional or city firm
- Well developed knowledge in all areas of commercial property (primarily across Social Housing).
- Experience managing a team and ability to manage own caseload of files from initial instruction to post completion.
