We are looking for a Senior Conservation Officer to lead on Nature Recovery advocacy and to support the strategic delivery of the Trust's programmes and projects in the North of Liverpool City Region

The Senior Conservation Officer Role is to be the Trust's strategic voice working to rebuild nature within the four northern local authorities of Liverpool City Region (Sefton, Liverpool City, Knowsley and St. Helens).

The Trust is very active in the North Merseyside area with a suite of nature reserves, habitat recovery projects, species work, wellbeing projects and schools and public engagement.

The role will work and liaise closely with partners on strategic initiatives, develop and deliver habitat and species projects and provide technical support to colleagues and volunteers in the area.


This is an exciting and varied role and requires someone with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with proven experience and knowledge of wildlife management and conservation.
