Food Service Shift Manager

Full time - up to 45 hours per week

As a shift manager in our award winning takeaways, you're responsible for leading your team to deliver quality food and service every time and helping ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.

We are looking for shift managers to join the team in our Chilwell, Nottingham take away site, who can help develop and lead the team in an exciting, varied role.

Day to day you will help with shift rotas, placing orders with suppliers and completing weekly stock checks, ensuring cleaning is done daily and maintained, and supervising and positively leading a team of customer service and kitchen staff.

In the role you will be learning and growing as a leader every day, and is a great stepping stone to a General Manager position in our expanding business.

You are passionate about delivering great customer service and quality food standards
You have experience in a fast-paced, customer facing hospitality or catering environment
You have a driving license as this is an essential part of the role
