    Job Description
    Role
    We are in search of a Junior Lawyer to join our team focusing on Automatic Enrolment advisory. The ideal candidate will offer guidance and assistance on operational, policy, and legal matters to the Regulatory Compliance Directorate and other key stakeholders within TPR.
    The responsibilities include delivering accurate, consistent, timely, practical legal advice on various legal issues, supporting intricate regulatory investigations and proceedings, and representing the organization internally and externally.
    Responsibilities
    • Provide high-quality, timely, and practical legal advice to diverse stakeholders.
    • Advise on Automatic Enrolment litigation and other legal matters before tribunals.
    • Counsel on operational and policy updates within the Regulatory Compliance Directorate.
    • Identify, advise on, and escalate unmanaged legal risks.
    • Contribute to internal legal knowledge management and facilitate learning and development initiatives for colleagues and clients.
    Person Specification
    Essential and Desirable Criteria
    Essential
    • A qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX lawyer in England and Wales.
    • Experience in providing clear, risk-based advice.
    • Organized, creative, resilient, and able to manage a demanding workload effectively.
    • Initiative-driven with a good understanding of public law.
    • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Experience in areas such as pensions, commercial, or regulatory law advisory.
    Desirable
    • Familiarity with pensions and regulatory trends.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
    • Effective communication skills at all levels.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and a team player.
