About Our Client:

The client is globally renowned in their field and are highly established.

They are based on a site close to local amenities and public transport links and operate a flexible hybrid working policy with the requirement to work in the office on a Tuesday.


The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Balance sheet reconciliations (all balance sheet codes and balance sheet reviews)
  • Some inventory work (monthly additions and monthly reporting)
  • The monthly dashboard (using Power BI to check that departments are happy with what's on their asset register)
  • Monitoring inboxes
  • Responding to queries
  • Assisting in the monthly capitalisation process

The Successful Applicant:


The Accounts Assistant will be/have:

  • Must be experienced at bank reconciliations and able to do their own reconciliations independently
  • Must have an understanding of auditor's requests
  • Capital fixed assets experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Oracle R12 experience is an advantage but not essential
  • AAT studier an advantage but not essential
  • Immediately available/on short notice of 2 weeks or less
