Your Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the Depot Plant movement sheet, ensuring accurate tracking of assets.
Operate the SAGE Stock system for local Goods In/Goods Out processes, contributing to efficient inventory management.
Conduct regular stock counts and anomaly checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
Manage operational consumables and maintain a float to facilitate seamless operations.
Take charge of the Service Desk/Goods In Area, providing essential support to our teams.
Handle the movement and storage of materials and plant within the Yard area, ensuring organized spaces.
Prepare materials in advance for our Operational Gangs, contributing to operational efficiency.
Uphold the cleanliness and organization of the Yard and support areas for a safe working environment.
Monitor waste and promote proper waste segregation practices.
Lead the GCU Stock Management Process for Goods In/Goods Out, demonstrating your attention to detail.

Your Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel, for accurate record keeping.
Familiarity with computerized stock management systems for efficient tracking.
Experience in a stores environment, ideally within construction or telecom sectors.
High level of attention to detail to ensure precision in all tasks.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with Operational Gangs and the Service Desk.
J2 Telehandler Trained or a willingness to undergo training.
Valid Driving Licence (Cat B minimum desirable).
Previous experience in a Yard/Stores position for familiarity with the role's demands.
