    Warehouse Manager

    Milton Keynes

    Salary negotiable dependent on experience

    Permanent, Full-Time

    UK CommsLtd is a well-known and highly regarded company which specialises in designing and installing major in-building projects using Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), small cells and other innovative technologies to improve wireless coverage and capacity; working with mobile operators, neutral host providers and property owners.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Manager to join our team based in Milton Keynes.

    Duties:

    • Manage all aspects of stock management, including inventory control and tracking.
    • Conduct regular van checks and organise maintenance activities while maintaining accurate records.
    • Perform site audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
    • Audit engineers' tools, workwear, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain quality standards.
    • Produce invoices for lost items and oversee the ordering of replacement items.
    • Liaise with PM s to ensure timely ordering of stock for upcoming projects.
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse area.
    • Assist in gaining and maintaining ISO accreditation.
    • Ensure compliance with Safe Contractor Accreditation requirements.
    • Prepare site equipment and organise site deliveries.
    • Perform PAT testing as required.
    • Negotiate with suppliers

    The candidate:

    • Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a similar industry.
    • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
