- Manage all aspects of stock management, including inventory control and tracking.
- Conduct regular van checks and organise maintenance activities while maintaining accurate records.
- Perform site audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Audit engineers' tools, workwear, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain quality standards.
- Produce invoices for lost items and oversee the ordering of replacement items.
- Liaise with PM s to ensure timely ordering of stock for upcoming projects.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse area.
- Assist in gaining and maintaining ISO accreditation.
- Ensure compliance with Safe Contractor Accreditation requirements.
- Prepare site equipment and organise site deliveries.
- Perform PAT testing as required.
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a similar industry.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
