- 1st point of contact for all customers contacting the company looking to place an order.
- To ensure all service levels are delivered whilst providing the highest standards of customer service
- Ensure all orders, quotes, telephone enquiries, despatches, invoices and invoice queries are processed within the agreed service levels and qualitative standards
- Work closely with the sales teams to ensure fluid communication and service
- Arranging customer deliveries
- Providing after-sales support to customers
- Experience working in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, and intermediate Excel skills would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer orientated
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of attention to detail
