Repairs Administrator will be an integral part of the Secretarial & Business Support team at our Manchester location, providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the department.
Description
- Coordinate and manage repair schedules.
- Manage correspondence between the department and external parties
- Ensure necessary documents and records are organised and uptodate
- Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support team
- Handle repairrelated enquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures of the notforprofit and charities sector
- Contribute to the overall goals of the department and organisation
A successful Repairs Administrator should have:
