    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, analyse processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and achieve business objectives. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
    • Document business requirements, user stories, and use cases in a clear and comprehensive manner.
    • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback, validate requirements, and ensure alignment.
    • Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current state and desired future state.
    • Assist in the testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
    • Provide ongoing support and training to end users as needed.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to business analysis.
    Key Skills:
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of gathering and documenting business requirements.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with business process modelling techniques and tools.
    • Proficiency in requirements management and documentation tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles.
    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
    Team Overview: You will be working directly with our other Business analysts in a team of system accountants, project managers, developers and BI analysts. You will also be working with the head of property management systems and head of technology and data strategy EMEA.
