    NMN Bio is a UK-based, anti-aging supplement company, operating in the UK and UAE.

    Our eCommerce arm is shipping our highly bioavailable supplements to 70+ countries and we are currently looking for a superstar eCommerce Operations Manager to join our team.

    We are improving people's health on a daily basis and have tens of thousands of happy customers all around the world.

    NMN Bio is looking for an eCommerce Operations Manager, tech savvy, with knowledge of digital marketing and understanding of branding.

    Prior experience or personal interest in the health & wellness space are a plus.

    Key duties and responsibilitiesUtilisation of customer data analysis to identify patterns, preferences, and pain points and make data-driven decisions.3PL fulfilment management.

    NMN Bio ships to over 70 countries and we have multiple warehouses across the world.

    You will be managing inventory across Shopify and Amazon FBA backend, preventing overstocking and understocking on all locations as needed.

    Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in eCommerce operations, implementing relevant strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration across all functions.

    When needed, managing social media platform setups & scheduling (Instagram shop, TikTok shop etc), developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

    Graphic design templates for multiple uses such as Klaviyo templates, social media templates etc.
    Constantly looking for optimisation of our omnichannel online presence & lifecycle marketing.
    Coordination and streamlining of wholesale accounts' management.
    Overseeing the management & tracking of customer orders for both DTC and retail customers.

    Overseeing the customer support team (2-4 people).About youYou are a self-starter that enjoys building automations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).You are a generalist, obsessed with eCommerce operations and how to improve them.

    You have a thorough understanding of branding and digital marketing channels. Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and understanding of brand ecosystem creation, maintenance and expansion principles. Strong understanding of unit economics (customer cohort profitability, KPIs etc).Meticulous attention to detail. You have zero tolerance for typos, and can spot any grammar, syntax or formatting inconsistencies in any text. You have an eye for color contrast, aesthetic details, and can manage subcontractors/agencies by providing guidelines on visual inputs. Strong skills in graphic design.

    Able to anticipate problems, possess excellent time management skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of urgency.

    Excellent interpersonal skills; able to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
    Proficient fluency in the English language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
    High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite applications.

    You are a fast learner and are able to detect blind spots within the organisation & enhance the performance of day to day operations.

    Able to operate according to SOPs provided, focused on outcomes on a daily basis.

    It is necessary that you are available to communicate with important stakeholders for a minimum of 50% of the UK's working hours between 9am and 5pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).

    Strong knowledge of social media platforms and monetisation strategies (affiliate schemes, gamification, engagement etc).Excellent organizational skills.
    Proven experience in developing and implementing plans to improve the customer journey & experience.
    Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Proficiency in customer data analysis and business intelligence tools.
    Strong graphic design skills.
