  • Able to lead by example you will eventually help to train new starters
  • Experienced in customer service with a customer focus

We will provide you with a great understanding of the energy industry.

After initial training, you will as part of your role:


  • Maintain relationships with relevant clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers
  • Submit tender requests and providing recommendations to the client (flex/fixed contracts)
  • Review client estates quarterly for accuracy check for additions and deletions
  • Update monthly strategic internal reports
  • Assist in the review of client metering contracts and update systems accordingly
  • Assist in the management of complex queries associated to your specific portfolio as well as providing cover for fellow team members when absent we have a supportive culture
  • Drive company revenues and identify new business opportunities
  • Where required work independently to resolve queries and liaise with clients
  • Assist in resolution of objections and rejections
  • Phone clients and participate in client meetings
  • Delegate where required
  • Deliver the training to new starters
