Overview

Our client specialises in providing accounting, taxation, and advisory services, based in London.

Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for anAssociate Accountantto support their Senior team with providing key bookkeeping, accountsand tax servicesto clients.

About the role

This role would suit a dynamic individual, looking to take the next step in their career.

Reporting to the Senior Team, the Associate Accountantwill ensure that reporting targets are consistently met in an accurate and timely manner.


Key aspects of the role include:

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including statutory and management accounts;
  • Maintaining client bank accounts, including making payments and raising invoices;
  • Maintaining accounting records on bookkeeping software;
  • Assisting in the preparation of selfassessment and corporation tax returns;
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns, monthly payroll and any associated submissions relating to pensions;
  • Liaising with thirdparty organisations, including HMRC, financial organisations, tour managers and record labels.

The position would suit an excellent communicator, keen to progress their role.

The person will have strong attention to detail and will have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
